  1. Kat I love your blog and I'm so happy you guys are home now! And yes, these are the moments you've been waiting for (didn't you know that?!) so enjoy them :) PJ always says parenting wouldn't be so hard if you could just get sleep at the same time... yea, not going to happen... I'll let you know when we finally figure out the trick ;)

  2. Congratulations Katie. Lauren is BEAUTIFUL!! Hang in there through these sleepless nights - they too will pass. They grow up so quickly so enjoy her while she is a baby. My thoughts and prayers have been and will continue to be with your family. Thanks for keeping us posted. Love ya and again congratulations on the birth of your precious little girl - she is just so darn cute!!!

  3. Hey Katy. It's Jill from high school. :) I am always checking out facebook, but I like blogs better..thanks for sharing! Your little precious girl is so cute, and lucky to have you guys as parents! We have a similar story with our last baby, Paisley. I know how it feels to be SO scared. I am so happy for you that you were able to bring her home! :) That in itself is great. Anyways, I just wanted to pop in and say hello! I live in Arkansas now, we should meet up sometime since I'm close. :)

  5. So glad you're home. The first rule of parenting is to sleep or rest when Lauren sleeps. That way you won't be so tired during the night. Eventually she'll figure it all out and you'll forget that you were ever this tired. Good luck. We love you and can't wait to see you next month.
